Introduction

Job Scope:

We were to explore I2R's Intranet, CORE and provide valuable feedback and suggestions to the organisation. In order to do so, we conducted research :

  • Primary Research -> Face-to-face interviews, and large-scale survey of 130 staff
  • Secondary Research -> Survey analysis, Internet resources, and handouts

After all our findings, we consolidated and collated our findings. Using all the data available, we then went on to create a powerpoint presentation, one-page guide for future users of Core, handouts for the directors, and advice for future attachment students doing projects on Core. Our thirty-minute long presentation was a huge success, with the Head of Corporate Services and his board of directors engaging in heated discussion regarding the improvement and changes to Core. Many new ideas were brought up and debated upon.

Core would certainly be revamped by professional web-designers, according to our suggestions and guidelines.
